Storytelling – Are you Confusing the Customers?

Every brand has a story, Right? Or at least it should. Chances are your product already has a place in your consumer’s heart and they are currently using someone else’s product (or service) like the one you are offering. So, how is your brand telling your story to set you apart from the pack? Inviting the customer into an experience should be the first step, not selling them a pitch on why you and not them. Every brand has it’s own story, it’s own reason why and that is essentially is your “sauce”. Tell your potential customers your story and invite them to be apart of the brands culture and not just a sales pitch, this in turn will transform into sales and acquisition.
