We’ve all heard the saying “A vision without a plan is merely a dream”. This works in our day to day personal live’s as well as in our business world. When you are leading a team, whether its of one person or 50 it is clear that the leader must have an idea where they are taking their passengers (the team mates). This is why it is important for us as marketers to have goals and a strategy of how to keep track of moving forward and what it takes. Havign goals us keeps us accountable as well as on track. Having goals and targets makes for better efficency, because it gives a time frame on what should be done and outlines where the process is to move forward. There are also tools that helps us keep track of work to complete goals in time such as Ghantt charts.
