To today customer aren’t only going into stores to shop, they start their buyers journey mostly on their phones, tablets, or desktop. How are you and your organization catering to the multi device part of your consumer’ shopping experience. Shoppers who starred on a mobile device may end up in store and then check out on a desktop. As a business owner you should have a marketing plan in place of how you will be re-targeting the different touch points to then get the customer to convert. Google has a really great tool in Google analytics to help marketers track the customers journey to know where to spend the majority of their marketing budget therefore if a customer starts to shop in process 25% of the time on a mobile device but complete the purchase 55% of the time on the desktop you know at what point to spend the most funds. Now consider your multi-path journey and ask yourself are you catering to the customer on the entire path.
