Whether its quantitative or qualitative it is significantly important to have a full gage in order to maintain a solid brand. Brand recall and brand recognition goes along way when we think about building a brand. As a brand we always want to be top of mind for customers for several reasons: When talking to friends and family members and when shopping. The customers may not always remember your name, but being able to recognize a logo, brand colors or font of the brand’s name. Taking time to use quantitative measure to capture how your brand is being perceive should be done quarterly.
